FERUSHAH is a DJ and professional dancer whose connection to music has always been rooted in rhythm, movement and emotion.
After more than two decades on stage as a dancer and choreographer, she discovered a new way of expressing what has always driven her: music. Behind the decks, movement turns into sound, blending Afro House, Latin House and Afrofusion with influences from Afrobeats, R&B, funk and soul.
Her sets are energetic and rhythm-driven, built around infectious grooves, soulful elements and a deep instinct for what makes people move.
FERUSHAH is more than an artist name. It carries a story.
The name is dedicated to her father, Ferouze, who passed away in 2013 and who lovingly called his children his “Ferushah Gang” when they were growing up.
Music, dance and an incredible joy for life were always part of their home and became part of who she is today.
FERUSHAH carries that connection forward: a tribute to where she comes from, to her father and the memories they shared, and to the person who shaped her love for music.
Through FERUSHAH, she carries a piece of him with her, in every beat and on every stage.
